Job description
Myanmar Broadband Telecom Company Limited, one of Myanmar’s leading Internet Service Providers (ISPs), is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Branch Manager for Taunggyi City (Shan State). As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a dedicated individual to lead the branch’s Sales & Marketing, Billing, Installation & Maintenance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and oversee the branch’s Sales & Marketing, Billing, Installation & Maintenance processes.
– Handle all matters related to the branch with local authorities such as CDC, GA offices, EPC, etc.
– Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees to ensure a capable and motivated team.
– Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports in a timely manner.
– Foster business growth and enhance customer satisfaction through effective management.
– Undertake additional tasks assigned by the Head Quarter.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in any field, preferably in IT or Telecommunication.
– Minimum of 3 years of office management experience, with a preference for candidates from the Telecommunication background, especially in the ISP industry.
– At least 2 years of Sales & Marketing experience.
– Intermediate proficiency in English across all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
– Ability to travel and work remotely when necessary.
