- Registration and Billing Information: This comprises our users’ full name, national identification number, contact telephone number, and installation address. Such data is processed for the purposes of identity verification (real-name authentication) and the establishment of your broadband service account.
- Service and Usage Information: This encompasses our users’ broadband account credentials, password, network access logs, and internet traffic usage records. This information is utilized to facilitate network connectivity, ensure the accuracy of billing statements, and uphold the overall security and integrity of our network infrastructure.
- Installation and Maintenance Information: This includes our users’ surname, contact number, and historical fault reports. This data is disclosed to our installation and maintenance engineers solely for the purpose of dispatching field personnel to perform on-site installations and repair services.
2. Information Sharing and Protection Practices
- Strict Confidentiality Obligations: We do not share or transfer our users’ personal information to any third party without their explicit prior consent, except in cases where such disclosure is mandated by applicable laws and regulations or is lawfully requisitioned by competent state administrative authorities.
- Robust Security Safeguards: We implement comprehensive technical protection measures, including encrypted storage, stringent access control mechanisms, and dynamic data masking, to secure our users’ information. Furthermore, installation and maintenance work orders are configured to display only the minimum data fields strictly required to complete the requested service.
3. Users’ Privacy Rights
Our users are entitled to contact us via our official website, mobile application, or customer service hotline to access, rectify, or erase the personal information, as well as to request the cancellation of our users’ broadband account. Upon successful verification of our users’ identity, we will acknowledge and respond to the request within fifteen (15) business days.

၁။ အသုံးပြုသူများ၏ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက်များ စုဆောင်းခြင်းနှင့် အသုံးပြုခြင်း
Broadband အင်တာနက်ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများ ပေးအပ်ခြင်း၊ ကွန်ရက်ပြုပြင်ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်းနှင့် ငွေတောင်းခံခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများ ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရန်အတွက် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် ဥပဒေနှင့်အညီ၊ တရားဝင်မှန်ကန်မှုရှိစွာနှင့် လိုအပ်ချက်အပေါ် အခြေခံ၍ အောက်ဖော်ပြပါ ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက်များကို စုဆောင်းအသုံးပြုပါသည်။
- (က) စာရင်းသွင်းခြင်းနှင့် ငွေတောင်းခံခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ အချက်အလက်များ ဤအချက်အလက်များတွင် အသုံးပြုသူများ၏ အမည်အပြည့်အစုံ၊ နိုင်ငံသားစိစစ်ရေးကတ်အမှတ်၊ ဆက်သွယ်ရန်ဖုန်းနံပါတ်နှင့် တပ်ဆင်မည့်လိပ်စာတို့ ပါဝင်ပါသည်။ အဆိုပါ အချက်အလက်များကို သုံးစွဲသူ၏ အထောက်အထား စိစစ်အတည်ပြုခြင်း (Real-name Authentication) နှင့် Broadband ဝန်ဆောင်မှုအကောင့် ဖွင့်လှစ်ခြင်းအတွက် အသုံးပြုပါသည်။
- (ခ) ဝန်ဆောင်မှုနှင့် အသုံးပြုမှုဆိုင်ရာ အချက်အလက်များ ဤအချက်အလက်များတွင် Broadband အကောင့်အချက်အလက်များ၊ စကားဝှက် (Password)၊ ကွန်ရက်အသုံးပြုမှု မှတ်တမ်းများ (Network Access Logs) နှင့် အင်တာနက်အသုံးပြုမှု မှတ်တမ်းများ (Internet Traffic Records) ပါဝင်ပါသည်။ အဆိုပါ အချက်အလက်များကို ကွန်ရက်ချိတ်ဆက်မှု ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်၊ ငွေတောင်းခံလွှာများ၏ တိကျမှန်ကန်မှုကို သေချာစေရန်နှင့် ကွန်ရက်လုံခြုံရေးကို ထိန်းသိမ်းကာကွယ်ရန်အတွက် အသုံးပြုပါသည်။
- (ဂ) တပ်ဆင်ခြင်းနှင့် ပြုပြင်ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ အချက်အလက်များ ဤအချက်အလက်များတွင် အသုံးပြုသူများ၏အမည်၊ ဆက်သွယ်ရန်ဖုန်းနံပါတ်နှင့် ယခင်ချို့ယွင်းချက်တိုင်ကြားမှု မှတ်တမ်းများ ပါဝင်ပါသည်။ အဆိုပါ အချက်အလက်များကို တပ်ဆင်ရေးနှင့် ပြုပြင်ထိန်းသိမ်းရေးအင်ဂျင်နီယာများထံသို့သာ မျှဝေပြီး နေရာအရောက် တပ်ဆင်ခြင်းနှင့် ပြုပြင်ခြင်းဝန်ဆောင်မှုများ ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရန်အတွက်သာ အသုံးပြုပါသည်။
၂။ အချက်အလက် မျှဝေခြင်းနှင့် ကာကွယ်ခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ထုံးလုပ်နည်းများ
- (က) လျှို့ဝှက်ထိန်းသိမ်းရေး တာဝန်ဝတ္တရား ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် အသုံးပြုသူများ၏ ကြိုတင်သဘောတူညီချက် မရှိဘဲ ၄င်းတို့၏ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက်များကို မည်သည့် တတိယပုဂ္ဂိုလ် သို့မဟုတ် အဖွဲ့အစည်းထံသို့မျှ မျှဝေခြင်း၊ လွှဲပြောင်းပေးခြင်း မပြုလုပ်ပါ။ သို့ရာတွင် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ဥပဒေ၊ နည်းဥပဒေများအရ လိုအပ်ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် တရားဝင် အာဏာပိုင်အဖွဲ့အစည်းများမှ တရားဝင်တောင်းဆိုလာသည့် အခြေအနေများတွင်မူ လိုအပ်ချက်အရထုတ်ဖော်ပေးကောင်းပေးနိုင်ပါသည်။
- (ခ) လုံခြုံရေးဆိုင်ရာ ကာကွယ်မှုများ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် အသုံးပြုသူများ၏ အချက်အလက်များလုံခြုံမှုကို အာမခံနိုင်ရန်အတွက် အချက်အလက်များကို ကုဒ်ဝှက်သိမ်းဆည်းခြင်း (Encrypted Storage)၊ အသုံးပြုခွင့်ထိန်းချုပ်ခြင်း (Access Control) နှင့် အချက်အလက်ဖုံးကွယ်ခြင်း (Data Masking) စသည့် နည်းပညာဆိုင်ရာ ကာကွယ်ရေးအစီအမံများကို ကျင့်သုံးထားပါသည်။ ထို့အပြင် တပ်ဆင်ခြင်းနှင့် ပြုပြင်ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း လုပ်ငန်းအမိန့်များတွင် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုဆောင်ရွက်ရန် လိုအပ်သည့် အနည်းဆုံးအချက်အလက်များကိုသာ ဖော်ပြထားပါသည်။
၃။ အသုံးပြုသူများ၏ ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက်ဆိုင်ရာ အခွင့်အရေးများ
အသုံးပြုသူများသည် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ တရားဝင်ဝက်ဘ်ဆိုက်၊ မိုဘိုင်းအက်ပလီကေးရှင်း သို့မဟုတ် ဖောက်သည်ဝန်ဆောင်မှုဌာနမှတစ်ဆင့် ၄င်းတို့၏ ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက်များကို ကြည့်ရှုခြင်း၊ ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်း၊ ဖျက်သိမ်းခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် Broadband အကောင့် ပိတ်သိမ်းခြင်းတို့ကို တောင်းဆိုနိုင်ပါသည်။
အသုံးပြုသူများ၏ အထောက်အထားကို စိစစ်အတည်ပြုပြီးနောက် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် တောင်းဆိုချက်အား လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်ရွက်ရက် (၁၅) ရက်အတွင်း လက်ခံဆောင်ရွက်၍ အကြောင်းပြန်ကြားပေးမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
